Indoor

Indoor or Hall Handball. 

We train in indoor facilities or parks and we participate in national and international tournaments

Outdoor

Beach Handball.

We travel to different beaches in Colombia and the world to surprise with our performance and love for the game

Physical

Physical training.

We complement our game with physical preparation in the gym and with other activities

Integral

Holistic Athletes.

We develop skills in athletes that prepare them for their sports career, personal and professional life
